Add warm water and mix well. Let stand for one minute and mix again prior to use. In order to supplement the diet with Honey, Propolis and Ginseng, it is recommended to integrate the mixing water with 15 drops of Defender Fortex (for each measure of Nutrient Special).
Insectivorous and granivorous birds:
Mix 1 measure of Nutrient Special with 3 measures of water during the first two weeks of life, subsequently reducing the amount of liquid to 2 and a half measures when initiating the administration of grains.
Parrots:
For the first three days of life, mix 1 measure of Nutrient Special with 3 and a half measures of water, reducing the amount of water to 3 measures from the third day to the tenth day of life, and to 2 and half measures from the eleventh day of life up until the end of the weaning period.
Although fruit can be added, the amounts must not exceed 20%. It is recommended to administer the product at a temperature of 37°C to 38°C, with a frequency of seven meals per day (every hour and a half) during the first ten days of life, gradually reducing the frequency to a total of three meals per day. A single meal will be sufficient once the birds begin feeding on their own.
Make sure that the birds empty their stomachs between one meal and the next. If this is not the case, refrain from administering additional product. Massage the stomach to stimulate digestion if necessary, and supplement the subsequent feedings with a few drops of Defender.
